Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers program fees and match tickets paid to Ashland Town FC. It does not cover uniform kit, which is purchased from soccer.com under their own returns policy.

Season and program fees

• Before the season starts. Withdraw before the first scheduled training session and we refund what you have paid, less any league registration already submitted on your player's behalf.
• After the season starts. Fees cover costs we have already committed — league entry, referees, field hire and coaching — so they are generally non-refundable once play begins.
• Injury or relocation. If a player suffers a season-ending injury or your family moves out of the area, contact us. We will look at a pro-rated credit or refund case by case.
• Payment plans. Withdrawing does not automatically stop a payment plan. Tell us in writing and we will cancel the remaining instalments.

Match tickets

• Tickets are refundable up to 24 hours before kick-off.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned before half-time, your ticket is valid for the rearranged fixture, or refunded in full on request.
• Matches postponed for weather are rescheduled wherever possible. We will contact ticket holders directly with the options.

Sessions we cancel

Weather, field closures and lightning policy sometimes force cancellations. We reschedule where we can. Individual cancelled sessions within a season are not separately refunded.

How to request a refund

Email info@ashlandtown.com with the player or ticket-holder name and what you paid. We aim to respond within five business days, and approved refunds return to the original payment method within ten business days.

Financial hardship

If money is the reason you are considering withdrawing, talk to us before you do. Financial aid exists precisely for this, and asking has no effect on your player's standing at the club.
